Welcome to FASHIAN (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
- FASHIAN offers pre-loved designer vintage clothing.
- Items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear. We strive to describe and photograph products accurately, but small variations may occur.
- Product images are for illustration purposes: colors may differ due to lighting and display settings.
3. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
- We accept payment methods listed at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud or stock errors).
4. Shipping
- We ship orders according to our 'Shipping Policy'.
- We are not liable for delays or damage caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
- Consumers in the EU may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- To exercise this right, email us at info@fashian.nl. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition, with all tags attached.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- We will refund the item price (including original standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Exceptions: Customised or altered items, hygienically sensitive items (e.g., underwear) and giftcards.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns must comply with our 'Return & Refund Policy'.
- We reserve the right to deduct depreciation if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, as permitted under Dutch Civil Code Article 6:230s.
7. Warranties & Liability
- Due to the vintage nature of our items, products are sold “as is.” We guarantee only that the items match their description.
- We are not liable for normal wear, minor imperfections inherent to vintage goods, or misuse by the customer.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the item involved, except where prohibited by Dutch law.
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies.
