Return & Refund Policy - FASHIAN 

We want you to love your vintage designer items. Below you’ll find our return and refund conditions, designed to be clear, fair, and legally compliant with Dutch and EU consumer law.

  • Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
  • Consumers in the EU have 14 days from the day of delivery to cancel their order without giving a reason.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at info@fashian.nl within the 14-day period.
  • After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).



  • Conditions for Returns
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Any items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odors may be refused and sent back at your cost.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are securely packaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost returns.



  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or altered items.
  • Hygienically sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
  • Gift cards.



  • Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • We refund the original item price (including standard shipping costs), but excluding any premium shipping upgrades (e.g., express shipping).
  • Exchanges
  • Because our items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to purchase another item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.



  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@fashian.nl within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will arrange a refund at our expense if applicable.
