Welcome to FASHIAN your destination for curated vintage designer clothing. Below you’ll find our shipping terms and conditions.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or Dutch public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During busy periods (sales, launches), processing may take longer: we’ll notify you if so.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- We ship using reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or UPS.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Express or insured shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to the Netherlands, EU countries, and selected international destinations.
- If your country is not listed at checkout, email: info@fashian.nl for a custom quote.
4. Delivery Times (Estimated)
- Netherlands: 1-3 business days.
- EU countries: 3-7 business days.
- International: 7-21 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if available).
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs policies.
- We cannot mark shipments as “gift” or undervalue them for customs purposes.
7. Risk of Loss
- All orders are shipped with insurance.
8. Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
- Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection can be re-shipped at your cost.
