www.fashian.nl provides users the ability to purchase second-hand designer clothing. All items are pre-owned and sold in as-is condition.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and payment terms are specified on the website.

          4. Returns and Refunds

In compliance with Dutch consumer law, users have the right to cancel and return their orders within 14 days, subject to our return policy. 

          5. Authenticity

All items are authenticated before being listed; however, www.fashian.nl is not affiliated with any designer brands

www.fashian.nl reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with changes effective upon publication on the website.

          7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law, and parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
